1. Independently handle projects from design concept to site coordination during construction period           Including Initiate design concept, layouts and material selection, able to handle full set design drawings and specifications

2. Coordinate with internal design support members, suppliers, and consultants.

3. Able to give presentation, to demonstrate the design with concept diagrams

Requirements

​

1. Undergraduate or PostGraduate level education in interior design, architecture or other related disciplines

2. 5 years relevant experience in hospitality, residential, restaurant projects

3. Extensive experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion

4. Strong passion for design, creative, enthusiastic with strong sense for continuously improvement and exploring new ideas

5. Excellent presentation with good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Aesthetic experience, creative approach to problem solving

7. Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, power point. 

8. Oversea worked experience preferred
